W-K-Y-M-V-M-NH2 is a selective agonist peptide for formyl peptide receptors FPR2 and FPR3, consisting of six amino acids and expressed on immune cells. It induces calcium mobilization in FPR2-HL-60 and FPR3-HL-60 cells with EC50 values of 2 nM and 80 nM, respectively, and is widely used in fundamental research on inflammation, immunity, and chemotaxis.
