Description：Kytorphin是一种内源性神经活性二肽，是由2个氨基酸组成的多肽，可用于缓解疼痛特性的研究。Kyotrophin 具有抗炎和抗菌活性。小鼠脑内注射 kyotorphin，kyotorphin 的镇痛效果是 Met-enkephalin 的 4.2 倍。脑脊髓液中 Kyotorphin 水平与阿尔茨海默病患者神经退行性变的进展呈负相关。
Kytorphin is an endogenous neuroactive dipeptide composed of two amino acids, which can be used to study analgesic properties. Kytorphin exhibits anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. When administered intracerebrally in mice, kytorphin demonstrates an analgesic effect 4.2 times greater than that of Met-enkephalin. The levels of kytorphin in cerebrospinal fluid are negatively correlated with the progression of neurodegeneration in Alzheimer's disease patients.
