Description：Oligopeptide-2是一种由五个氨基酸组成的小分子多肽，是胶原蛋白I(type I collagen)C端前肽(第197-241残基序列)的一个亚片段。Oligopeptide-2通过作用于真皮成纤维细胞，促进大分子物质如I、III、IV 型胶原蛋白、纤维连接蛋白和糖胺聚糖的合成，修复和重建细胞外基质及表皮-真皮连接部（DEJ），从皮肤深层解决皱纹问题和改善皮肤外观。同时Oligopeptide-2也可以促进伤口修复基因的表达，有利于皮肤组织的恢复。
Oligopeptide-2 is a small-molecule polypeptide composed of five amino acids, serving as a subsegment of the C-terminal propeptide (residues 197-241) of type I collagen. By acting on dermal fibroblasts, Oligopeptide-2 promotes the synthesis of macromolecules such as type I, III, and IV collagen, fibronectin, and glycosaminoglycans, repairing and reconstructing the extracellular matrix and the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ). This addresses wrinkles at the deep skin layers and improves skin appearance. Additionally, Oligopeptide-2 can enhance the expression of wound repair genes, facilitating the recovery of skin tissue.
