ETN029 is a DLL3 ligand peptide. Labeled with 225Ac, ETN029 exhibits dose-dependent cytotoxicity against small cell lung cancer (SCLC), neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC), and metastatic melanoma cells, while promoting H2AX phosphorylation. Labeled with 177Lu, ETN029 demonstrates rapid uptake, prolonged tumor retention, and favorable tumor-to-kidney ratios. ETN029 can be utilized for imaging and research in cancers such as SCLC and NEPC.
