生物活性：1.R-Spondin-1 可增强 BMP-2 介导的 MC3T3-E1 细胞分化。预期 ED50 为 1.182 μg/mL，对应的比活性为 8.46 ×102 单位/mg。2.通过其在 HEK293T 人胚肾细胞中诱导 Topflash 报告基因活性的能力来衡量。此效果的 ED50 为 1-10 ng/mL。

研究背景：R-Spondin (RSpo) 分泌蛋白家族是 Wnt/-catenin 信号通路的有效激活剂。R-spondin-1/RSPO1 活性很大程度上取决于经典 Wnt 配体和 LRP6[1] 的存在。虽然 R-spondin-1/RSPO1 不会直接激活 LRP6，但 R-spondin-1/RSPO1 可以干扰 DKK1 功能，即调节 LRP5 或 LRP6 受体的周转并放大 Wnt 依赖性信号传导[2]。
