研究背景：BAI3 属于七次跨膜 G 蛋白偶联受体 (GPCR) 的粘附组，通过基因表达谱分析发现，BAI3 在小细胞肺癌 (SCLC) 肿瘤中表达上调。随后，它被验证为 SCLC 的敏感和特异免疫组织化学标记物，有助于将这些肿瘤与形态相似的大细胞神经内分泌 (LCNEC) 恶性肿瘤区分开来[2]。
