体外：CCL20/MIP-3α 优先释放到大鼠极化上皮细胞的基底外侧区室中，而暴露于 TLR2 和 TLR4 激动剂会显著增加其分泌[3]。
研究背景：CCL20，也称为巨噬细胞炎症蛋白3α（MIP-3-α）和肝激活调节趋化因子（LARC），是属于CC趋化因子家族的一种小细胞因子，位于人类基因组中的2号染色体上。它在胸腺、睾丸、前列腺和肠道中表达水平较低。CCL20 与 CCR6 结合并充当趋化因子受体，并与 CCR6 协同抑制 CD8 T 细胞的功能。CCL20 具有抗菌活性，与炎症性肠病、类风湿性关节炎、牛皮癣等自身免疫性疾病以及肿瘤疾病有关。它可以诱导Treg细胞侵入肿瘤组织，募集树突状细胞促进免疫抑制，并诱导内皮细胞增殖和新内膜形成[1][2]。
