研究背景：白细胞介素-3 (IL-3) 是属于造血生长因子家族的糖蛋白，在临床前体外和体内研究中已表现出多谱系活性。重组人白细胞介素 3 (rhIL-3) 通过重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (rhG-CSF) 增强外周血祖细胞的动员[1]。人白细胞介素 3 (hIL-3) 是一种多能造血细胞因子，由有丝分裂原和抗原激活的角质形成细胞、T 淋巴细胞、肥大细胞、NK 细胞、单核细胞和内皮细胞产生。造血祖细胞在hIL-3蛋白的帮助下增殖并分化为成熟红细胞、肥大细胞、巨核细胞和粒细胞。hIL-3 蛋白的潜在用途已在骨髓移植、血液恶性肿瘤、血细胞减少症、再生障碍性贫血和各种类型的癌症等各种临床应用中得到广泛测试[2]。
