生物活性：通过其诱导 HepG2 细胞分泌 IL-8 的能力来衡量。此效果的 ED50 通常为 1.43 μg/mL。

体外：mIL-17B（5 ng/mL；24 小时）诱导 3T3 细胞中 IL-1β 表达，并诱导 PEC 中 IL-1β、IL-6 和 IL-23 表达[4]。
