研究背景：IL-2R beta (CD122) 是一种 I 型细胞因子受体，属于 4 型亚家族。IL-2R beta 也是 IL-15 受体的关键组成部分。IL-2R beta 广泛表达于脾脏、血液和淋巴结，如 B 和 T 淋巴细胞[1][3]。 IL-2R beta 中的氨基酸在不同物种中有所不同。大鼠 IL-2R beta 与小鼠的 aa 序列同一性为 81.01%。人 IL-2R beta 与小鼠和大鼠的氨基酸序列一致性 IL-2R beta 细胞质结构域与 IL-2 异二聚化，导致信号通路激活：磷酸肌醇 3-激酶 (PI3-K) /AKT、Ras-MAP 激酶和 JAK-STAT 通路[4]。IL-2R beta 以中等亲和力结合 IL-2。IL-2R beta 介导 IL-2 内化和信号转导，例如细胞增殖或分化[5]。IL-2R beta 与 IL-2 相互作用，增加 CD4+ T 淋巴细胞的比例[1]。IL-2R 刺激 T 细胞增殖并激活淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞[2]。 IL-2R beta 介导 T 细胞免疫反应，还介导内吞作用以及转导有丝分裂IL-2的信号。
