产品活性：IL-20R beta 蛋白 (IL20RB) 是 IL-20 受体的 β 亚基，与不同亚基蛋白形成功能性异二聚体，参与 STAT3 通路激活。IL-20RA/IL-20RB 二聚体是 IL-19、IL-20 和 IL-24 的受体，而 IL-22RA1/IL-20RB 二聚体是 IL-20 和 IL-24的受体。IL-20R beta 蛋白由 311 个氨基酸 (M1-S311) 组成，具有跨膜结构域 (230-254 a.a.)。重组猕猴 IL-20R beta 蛋白 (HEK293, His)，含有纤维连接蛋白 III 型结构域，由 HEK293 细胞表达，带有 C 末端 His 标签。

研究背景：IL-20Rβ（IL-12RB）也称为IL-20受体（IL-20RB）的β亚基，属于II型细胞因子受体家族。IL-20R beta 在皮肤和睾丸中广泛表达，表达水平最高，在银屑病皮肤中高表达[1]。 IL-20R beta 与不同亚基蛋白形成功能性异二聚体。IL-20R beta 通过与 IL20RA 二聚化而充当 IL-19、IL-20 和 IL-24 的受体，但通过与 IL-22RA1 二聚化而充当 IL-20 和 IL-24 的受体[2] 。 IL-20RB/IL-20RA 和 IL-20RB/IL-22RA1 通过结合 IL-20 发挥作用，然后通过 STAT3 刺激角质形成细胞系中的信号转导通路 [1]。 然而，银屑病皮损的角质形成细胞中 IL-20RB/IL-20RA 的表达均上调[3]。 IL-20RB/IL-20RA 和 IL-20RB/IL-22RA1 与 IL-24 结合，诱导 Stat-1 和 Stat-3 转录因子快速激活，这似乎在细胞存活和增殖中发挥作用 [4]。
