研究背景:GARP/潜在 TGF-b1 复合物在外源性 IL-6 存在的情况下是 Th17 分化的有效诱导剂,在 IL-2 存在的情况下是 Treg 的诱导剂[1][2]GARP/LTGFβ1 复合物在新鲜移植的 Treg 上表达水平非常低,但在体外 Treg 激活后显着上调。GARP/Treg 细胞上的潜在 TGF-β1 复合物在口服耐受期间调节外周衍生 Treg 细胞的诱导[3]
