研究背景：IL-5R α 是一种 I 型细胞因子受体，由两条不同的多肽链 α 和 β 组成。α 链是一种穿膜糖蛋白，可特异性结合 IL-5，β 链可将低亲和力 IL-5R 转化为高亲和力 IL-5R，形成异二聚体受体复合物[1]。 IL-5R α 与 IL-5 结合后可诱导多种细胞内信号通路的激活，包括 JAK/STAT、RAF/MAP、Ras-Raf-ERK 和磷脂酰肌醇 3-激酶[2] . IL-5R α 在嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和 B 细胞上表达，影响细胞存活、凋亡、分化和趋化性[3]。
