研究背景：MPO 是多形核白细胞宿主防御系统的一部分，负责针对多种微生物的杀菌活性。在受刺激的 PMN 中，MPO 催化次卤酸（主要是生理条件下的次氯酸）和其他毒性中间体的产生，从而显著增强 PMN 的杀菌活性。此外，MPO 介导 alpha-1-microglobulin 的蛋白水解切割，形成 t-alpha-1-microglobulin，后者能有效抑制低密度脂蛋白颗粒的氧化并减轻血管损伤。

The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
