Description：BM213是一种选择性C5aR激动剂多肽，序列中含有8个氨基酸，其半数有效浓度 (EC50) 为 59 nM。BM213 特异性激活 C5a-C5aR1 轴，进而促进中性粒细胞胞外陷阱 (NET) 形成并加剧炎症反应。BM213 显著诱导大鼠心室扩张，促进心肌 ROS 产生，并诱导心肌细胞 apoptosis。BM213 可用于研究心肌缺血/再灌注 (I/R) 损伤。
BM213 is a selective C5aR agonist peptide containing 8 amino acids in its sequence, with an EC50 of 59 nM. BM213 specifically activates the C5a-C5aR1 axis, promoting the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) and exacerbating inflammatory responses. BM213 significantly induces ventricular dilation in rats, promotes myocardial ROS production, and induces cardiomyocyte apoptosis. BM213 can be used to study myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury.
