TAT 14 is an Nrf2 activator peptide composed of a straight-chain polypeptide with 25 amino acids. It inhibits the Nrf2/Keap1 interaction and induces the upregulation of downstream genes in the Nrf2 pathway, including heme oxygenase 1. TAT 14 suppresses LPS-induced TNF-α expression in THP-1 cells.
