Tiragolumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor. It binds to TIGIT on T cells and NK cells, blocking its interaction with ligands such as CD155 (PVR) to reverse immune suppression. It is being developed in combination with PD-L1 inhibitors (e.g., atezolizumab) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
