Tinurilimab is a humanized IgG2 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6 (CEACAM6), a glycoprotein overexpressed in many epithelial cancers. It binds to CEACAM6 to block its immunosuppressive function, which normally inhibits effector T cell activity in the tumor microenvironment. It is being developed as an immunomodulatory therapy for CEACAM6-positive solid tumors, such as pancreatic, lung, and colorectal cancers.
