Lyn peptide inhibitor is an effective, cell-permeable inhibitor peptide containing 16 amino acids and a stearic acid. It can suppress Lyn-coupled IL-5 receptor-associated signaling pathways while preserving the integrity of other signals. Additionally, Lyn peptide inhibitor can block Lyn activation and inhibit Lyn tyrosine kinase binding to the βc subunit of IL-3/GM-CSF/IL-5 receptors. It is applicable for research on eosinophilic diseases such as asthma and allergies.
