BlueSize 435C is one kind fortified rosin/aluminium sulfate’s cationic dispersed liquid, wide used as paper and paperboard internal sizing agent, it can be used when the pH is 4.0-8.5, the best pH range is 4-5.5. Our particle very fine, fine particle size 0.6 to 0.8um, the product is more stable and effective, final paper is durable with high strength with very small dosage.
The main application:
·For better dispersion,dilute with water first before add.The best method is timely, continuously dilute before add to the wet end.
·Try to add the product after the wet end,before the headbox, not suitable add to fan pump. Add together with the retention agent is better.
·The simple and rapid sizing effect also can applied to special light sizing.
Matters need attention:
·Same to other Rosin Size, if contact with skin, will bring a certain degree od allergy, and has slight stimulation to the eyes.So need take preventive measures when using.
·The product should be stored in ventilated,dry,cool place.
Packing & storage:
Packing specification:200KG/PE drum, 1100KG/IBC drum.
Store in a cool, dry warehouse with a storage temperature of 5-35°C to prevent freezing. The shelf life is 6 months with seal, please close the container when not in use.
