Bioactivity

名称SDU-071
描述SDU-071 is an orally active BRD4-p53 inhibitor, inhibiting the proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells, blocking the interaction between BRD4 and the tumor suppressor p53, downregulating the expression of BRD4-targeted genes, thereby inhibiting cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, and inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. SDU-071 is used for research on triple-negative breast cancer.
体外活性SDU-071 是一种新型的 BRD4-p53 抑制剂。SDU-071 （10 μM， 24 h） 抑制 BRD4 与 p53 肿瘤抑制因子的相互作用。[1]
体内活性在原位小鼠异种移植乳腺肿瘤模型中，SDU-071（250 mg/kg，灌胃；每日 1 次，连用 21 天）显示出较好的抗肿瘤活性。[1]
