蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 45.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-55 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

白细胞介素-23亚基α（IL-23 alpha）可与IL12B结合形成IL-23白细胞介素，这是一种异二聚体细胞因子，在先天免疫和适应性免疫中发挥作用。IL-23可能与IL-17共同构成外周组织对感染的急性反应。IL-23与由IL12RB1和IL23R组成的异二聚体受体复合物结合，激活Jak-Stat信号级联反应，刺激记忆性T细胞而非初始T细胞，并促进促炎性细胞因子的产生。IL-23可诱导自身免疫性炎症，因此可能与自身免疫性炎症性疾病有关，并且对肿瘤发生具有重要意义。
