Description：Leupeptin是一种可透过膜的巯基蛋白酶抑制剂多肽，序列中含有三个氨基酸，是一种醛肽，可抑制 Cathepsin B, Cathepsin H 和 Cathepsin L，并损害两性溶酶体的融合。Leupeptin hemisulfate 也具有抗炎作用。
Leupeptin is a membrane-permeable thiol protease inhibitor peptide containing three amino acids in its sequence, classified as an aldehyde peptide. It inhibits Cathepsin B, Cathepsin H, and Cathepsin L, and disrupts the fusion of acidic and alkaline lysosomes. Leupeptin hemisulfate also exhibits anti-inflammatory effects.
