◆Cheap Tubes产品线

● 单壁与双壁碳纳米管:单壁/双壁碳纳米管提供原始、短切及COOH、OH、NH₂等功能化规格,具有较高长径比和优良导电性能,可用于透明导电材料、传感器、薄膜晶体管及生物偶联研究。

● 多壁碳纳米管:多壁碳纳米管覆盖8–50 nm等多种外径及95%–99.9%纯度等级,可作为导电添加剂和增强材料,用于聚合物复合材料、电磁屏蔽、抗静电涂层及电池电极。

● 功能化碳纳米管:COOH、OH和NH₂功能化产品在水相、极性溶剂及聚合物基体中具有更好的分散性,并可通过表面活性基团与蛋白质、树脂或其他材料进行偶联。

● 短切与石墨化碳纳米管:短切碳纳米管长度通常低于2 μm,可降低分散液黏度并减少管束缠结;石墨化多壁碳纳米管经高温退火处理,具有更高的结晶度、导电性和抗氧化性能。

● 螺旋碳纳米管Helical Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes采用连续卷曲的弹簧状结构,可用于电磁波吸收、压力与应变传感以及特殊导电复合材料开发。

● 碳纳米管分散与工业材料:Flexiphene系列可分散单壁、多壁碳纳米管及石墨烯纳米片,并提供水性和溶剂型体系;CNT母粒覆盖PP、PA6、PC、ABS和PS等聚合物,便于导电塑料及复合材料的规模化加工。
