PROTAC-O4I2

PROTAC-O4I2 is a PROTAC degrader targeting splicing factor 3B1 (SF3B1) , a core component of the spliceosome involved in pre-mRNA splicing. PROTAC-O4I2 induces degradation of FLAG-SF3B1 in K562 cells, with an IC₅₀ value of 0.244 μM .

PROTAC-O4I2 also induces cellular apoptosis in K562 wild-type cells , demonstrating its potential for investigating the relationship between SF3B1 degradation, RNA splicing, and cancer cell survival. PROTAC-O4I2 can be used as a research tool for studies of targeted protein degradation, SF3B1 biology, RNA splicing, leukemia, and cancer research .
