Characteristic
Effectively break foam and against microfoam without causing surface defects and outstanding long-lasting foam control.
No silicone and oil. No incompatibility problems caused by silicon and mineral oil.
Without APEO, non-toxic.
The performance of the application has no adverse effect.
For water/Alcohol adhesives, coatings and inks, but also applies to some solvent-based system.
Usage method
1. Mix it moderately for 15-30 minutes to ensure an average mixture in the whole system. If the viscosity is high, it can be properly heated.
2. Add Surfadol 510 after other surfactants and polymers have added. This will allow the maximum rate of dissolution or dispersibility of Surfadol 510 into the system.
3. Pigments, fillers or other solid should be added after Surfadol 510 has been evenly mixed. This will allow the Surfadol 510 to wet the solids and control any foam produced during addition.
Suggested Addition
0.2%-2.0% in total formulation. Ultimate assessment and confirmation depend on experiments.

Storage
This product should be placed in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from the fire source and oxidant, used as soon as possible after opening.

使用方法
1、使用时应适当搅拌15-30分钟使之在体系中混合均匀,如粘度较高,可适当加热。
2、如体系中加有其他表面活性剂等助剂,Surfadol 510系列应在最后加入并混合均匀。
3、颜料、填料或其他固体,在Surfadol 510系列加入并混合均匀后再加入,这样可保证有效润湿和抑制泡沫。
建议添加量
配方总量的0.2-2%,建议通过实验确定。
包装
25L塑桶,200L铁桶,也可根据客户要求批量包装。
贮存
本品应置于干燥阴凉、通风良好的场所,远离火源,开封后应尽快用完。
