Description
Droperidol is a butyrophenone that acts as an antagonist at dopamine receptors (Kis = 0.25 and 0.84 nM at human D2 and D4). It less potently inhibits the human voltage-gated potassium channel (IC50 = 32 nM). Droperidol has been shown to provide relief from acute migraines and prevent nausea and vomiting in clinical trials.Related product price
