（Biolegend-302212）Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with CD19 (clone 4G7) (filled histogram) APC or mouse IgG1, κ isotype control (open histogram) APC.
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with APC under optimal conditions.
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or 5 µl per 100 µl of whole blood.
CD19 is a 95 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on B-cells (from pro-B to blastoid B cells, absent on plasma cells) and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation. CD19 forms a complex with CD21 (CR2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and functions as a BCR co-receptor.
APC anti-human CD19是一类以anti-human CD19为抗原的APC多克隆抗体，可以特异性结合human CD19，主要用于检测CD19的Western Blot、IHC-P、IF、ELISA、Co-IP等多种免疫学实验。
CD19检测以免疫组织化学方法为主，利用抗原抗体发生特异性结合的特点，通过特异性标记抗体与CD19抗原结合，进行孵育并通过染色镜检、仪器计数等方式对标记进行识别，从而达到定性或定量检测的目的。流式细胞术可检测全体B细胞及毛细胞白血病细胞上的CD19，免疫组织染色法可检测全体B细胞及滤泡树状细胞上的CD19。其他方法有免疫荧光染色、免疫金银染色等。
CD19是分子量为95kDa的糖蛋白，表达于前B细胞和成熟的B细胞膜表面，与B细胞的活化调节和发育调节相关，在T细胞和正常的粒细胞上无表达。此抗体主要标记正常B细胞和肿瘤性B细胞。
CD19是参与B细胞活化与增殖的重要膜抗原之一，是所有B细胞共有的表面标志，B细胞活化后不消失，是最重要的B细胞标记因子，同时CD19也是B细胞表面的传达信号复合体的构成部分，CD19的细胞外部分同其他膜抗原结合进行信号传导。
APC anti-human CD19用于CD19~+CD24~(hi)CD38~(hi)Breg在PBC患者外周血中表达及对Th1细胞分化影响的研究。
