Chemical Properties | silvery white crystal(s), 99.5% pure melted pieces of 6mm and smaller; used in thermoelectric devices and thermionic studies [HAW93] [CER91] | Uses | ZnSb is an intermetallic compoiund and an electron poor (II-V) semiconductor with interesting thermoelectric properties.
