Steps:
TMDS, dimethyldichlorosilane, and deionized water were added, and the solution was mixed for three days at room temperature. Then, the crude product was neutralized, dried, and distilled under reduced pressure. A colorless transparent liquid was obtained and denoted as TTDS. Yield: about 82%. As shown in Scheme 1. 1H NMR (600MHz, Chloroform-d) δ 4.71 (m, 1H), 0.21 (m, 6H), 0.09 (m, 3H).
