4.2. Catalytic runs
General procedure: The conversion of glucose to fructose was conducted a 100 mL high-pressure autoclave at the desired temperature with stirring speed of 500 rpm. The reactor was pressurized at 5 bar of N2 and heated to the desired reaction temperature. Once the reaction temperature was reached, the monitoring of the reaction started. After the reaction was completed, the mixture was cooled to room temperature. All samples were filtered before further analysis using HPLC.
