奥苷菊环性质、用途与生产工艺

化学性质

奥苷菊环是萘的结构异构体，其表现为蓝色小叶片或单斜片状结晶，有萘的气味。能溶于一般有机溶剂，不溶于水。因为它易燃且与强氧化剂不相容，需储存在密闭，阴凉，干燥处，避光保存。

用途

奥苷菊环是从洋甘菊精油中分离出来的，在药物化学中是一种支架的异构体，具有高抗HIV 活性，主要用于含量测定、鉴别、药理实验、活性筛选等。

生物活性

Azulene (Cyclopentacycloheptene) 是萘的异构体，具有高抗 HIV 活性。Azulene 是从洋甘菊精油中分离出来的，在药物化学中是一种支架。

Azulene is an interesting scaffold in medicinal chemistry as it resembles several other bicyclic aromatics that are frequently found in drugs. Azulene, a structural isomer of naphthalene, is a bicyclic nonbenzenoid aromatic hydrocarbon having a dipole moment due to the electron-rich five-membered ring and electron-deficient sevenmembered ring.
