纳多洛尔性质、用途与生产工艺
纳多洛尔属于长效的非选择性β阻滞剂，无内在拟交感活性及膜稳定作用，阻滞β受体的强度为心得安的3~9倍，属于强力抗心律失常药物。纳多洛尔可阻断心肌的β1受体，产生负性频率、负性传导、负性肌力的三负作用，还阻断气管和血管平滑肌的β2受体，可降低静息和运动时的收缩压及舒张压，其每片40mg或80mg，初始剂量20~40mg，常用量40~80mg/d。
Nadolol (Corgard, Solgol, Anabet, SQ11725) 是一种非选择性的β-肾上腺素能受体拮抗剂，具有抗高血压和抗心律失常活性。

化学性质
结晶性粉末。熔点124-136℃，易溶于醇，微溶于氯仿，不溶于丙酮、苯。
用途
抗心律失常药。纳多洛尔用于治疗高血压、心绞痛、心律失常、偏头痛、甲状腺功能亢进。
生产方法
由5，8-二氢-1-萘酚制取顺式-5，6，7，8-四氢-1，6，7-萘三醇（熔点188-188.5℃），然后与甲醇钠、二甲亚砜和3-氯-1，2-环氧丙烷反应，生成2，3-顺式-1，2，3，4-四氧-5-[2，3-（环氧）丙氧基]-2，3-萘酚二醇，再与叔丁胺反应得到萘羟心安。
