射干苷提取自鸢尾科植物射干的根茎,可用于含量测定、鉴定、药理实验等。也是一种乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)抑制剂。
Tectoridin 是一种从 Maackia amurensis 分离的异黄酮。Tectoridin 是一种植物雌激素,可激活雌激素和甲状腺激素受体。Tectoridin 通过 ER 依赖性基因组途径和 GPR30 依赖性非基因组途径发挥雌激素作用。Tectoridin scarcely binds to ER alpha as compared to 17beta-estradiol and genistein. Tectoridin induceds potent estrogenic effects, namely recovery of the population of cells in the S-phase after serum starvation, transactivation of the estrogen response element, and induction of MCF-7 cell proliferation. Tectoridin induces estrogenic effect, and this effect is severely abrogated by treatment with U0126 ( MEK1/2 inhibitor). Tectoridin promotes phosphorylation of ERK1/2, but does not affect phosphorylation of ER alpha at Ser (118). It also increases cellular accumulation of cAMP.
