Preparation method

Method one

The salt was obtained from racemic tetraimidazole by separation, alkali analysis and acidification.

The dibenzoyl-D-tartrate anhydride was boiled in water for 40min, and then neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution to PH7.5, and racemic tetraimidazole was added. Levamisole is precipitated with dibenzoyltartaric acid as a salt. After separation, add sodium hydroxide solution to PH=9 to decompose levamisole. Then dissolved in dilute hydrochloric acid solution, decolorized by activated carbon, concentrated and nearly dry filtrate, added acetone cooling to 0℃ crystallization. Levamisole hydrochloride was obtained by filtration and drying.
