Clinical application: It is mainly used for refractory invasive fungal infections or invasive candida infection and invasive aspergillus infection that cannot tolerate other antifungal drugs, as well as for the preventive treatment of fungal infections in patients receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The therapeutic dose for adults is 50 to 100mg/d, once intravenously. Severe or refractory aspergillus infections can be increased to 50 to 300mg daily.

Adverse reaction
