The 25.64g (200.0mmol) 2 - (2 - thiophene) ethanol, 28.33g (280.0mmol) triethylamine and 320 ml dichloromethane is added to 1L the reaction bottle; in 0 - 10 °C lower, dropping 27.49g (240.0mmol) a chloride and 65 ml methylene chloride mixed solution; the completion of the dropping, stirring 1 hour; adding to the reaction bottle 250 ml water, liquid, dichloromethane is used for extraction the aqueous phase 2 times (130 ml/time); combined with the organic phase, the organic phase with saturated aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate are washing 3 times (130 ml/time), 130 ml water washing; dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentrated to obtain yellow oil of 42.78g, yield 100%.
