Add 630 grams of water and 95 grams of sodium hydroxide to a 1-liter pressure-resistant reactor, and stir at room temperature.Add 70 grams of 2,4,5-trifluorobenzoic acid, seal the reaction kettle, heat up to 80-85°C for 20 hours to keep the reaction, and heat up to 150-155°C to continue the reaction for 15 hours, and stop the reaction.The reaction system was lowered to room temperature, the reaction solution was taken out, adjusted to pH 1-2 with concentrated hydrochloric acid, and extracted with isopropyl acetate.The organic phases were combined, dried, concentrated, and rectified to obtain 48.66 g of 2,5-difluorophenol with a yield of 94.1% and a purity of 99.4%.
