Substrate preparation:
General procedure: A mixture of morpholine (2.62 g, 30mmol), potassium carbonate (4.14g, 30 mmol) and 4-fluoronitrobenzene(2.82 g, 20 mmol) in DMSO (10 mL) was stirred at 100 for 2h. After completion of thereaction, the mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature, and water (50 mL) was added. The solidswere collected by filtration, washed by water, and dried, 4.08g of 1a was obtained as a yellow solid (98%yield).
