Steps:

1 Synthesis of Compound M7

Add 3,6-dichloropyridazin-4-amine (30g), cuprous bromide (34g), acetonitrile (300mL) to a 500mL three-necked flask, stir to dissolve, slowly add tert-butyl nitrite (23g) under ice bath , the dropwise addition was completed, and then transferred to 60°C for reaction for 4h. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was filtered through diatomaceous earth, the filtrate was evaporated to dryness, and purified by column chromatography (PE:EA=10:1) to obtain a white solid (21 g, 50.38% yield), namely compound M7.
