Steps:

General procedure: Synthesis of 2-(6-fluoro-1H-indol-3-yl)-N,N-dimethylethylamine6-fluorotryptamine hydrochloride (1 g, 4.66 mmol) and sodium acetate (382 mg, 4.66 mmol)Add to methanol (15mL)Medium, then slowly add NaBH3CN (881 mg, 13.98 mmol) slowly at 0 °C.And formaldehyde (40%, 0.975 mL, 13.98 mmol). After 10 minutes of reaction, the temperature was raised to 25 ° C.Continue the reaction for 5 hours. Stop the reaction and add water (10 mL) and sodium carbonate in sequence.(988 mg, 9.32 mmol) was quenched. Extracted with dichloromethane (50 mL x 3),The organic phases were combined and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. Filtered, the filtrate was dried under reduced pressure,Purification by column chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol (v/v) = 20/1)The title compound was obtained as a brown solid (824.6mg, 85.9%).
