Uses

Flumetralin is a contact and local systemic tobacco side bud inhibitor with high-efficiency. It is used for flue-cured tobacco, sun-cured tobacco and cigar. The amount used for each application is 22.5～26.3g with active ingredient of /100m2. It is fast absorbed and has immediate effect. Flumetralin is used as a regulator for plant growth, and a tobacco-specific bud inhibitor. It starts going effective after 2h of application if no rain. LC50 in rainbow trout: >3.2μg/L (48h), LC50 in leech>2.8μg/L. Acute oral LD50:>2000mg/kg(quail). Acute oral LD50 LD50: >2000mg/kg (wild duck). Acute oral LD50: 0.075～5μg per bee. No toxic effects were found.
