PTZ-343 is a phenothiazine (PTZ) derivative with chemical name sodium 3-(10H-phenothiazin-10-yl)propane-1-sulfonate. The free acid of PTZ-343 has molecule weight 343. For the convenience of commucation, we call it as PTZ-343. PTZ-343 is a water-soluble enhancer of luminol chemiluminescent peroxidation catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
