[Uses] Abituzumab (DI17E6) is a humanised anti-integrin αV monoclonal antibody (IgG2 type). Abituzumab effectively reduces the phosphorylation of FAK, Akt and ERK. Abituzumab can be used in cancer research, particularly in prostate cancer[1].
