Sulopenem (sodium)(CP-70429 (sodium)) is an orally active, parenteral penem antibiotic with broad-spectrum activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Sulopenem has the potential for urinary tract infections and intra-abdominal infections treatment.
