FATPA, namely 4,4,8,8,12,12-Hexa-p-tolyl-4H-8H-12H-12C-aza-dibenzo[cd,mn]pyrene, is a fully diarylmethylene-bridged triphenylamine (TPA) derivative with six methylphenyl side arms. FATPA has an almost planar triphenylamine core with nitrogen sitting right in the centre of carbon and hydrogen structure. With a Tg of 178 °C, FATPA exhibits excellent thermal and morphological stability. | [References]
