General procedure: Method A: 2-amino-5-fluorobenzonitrile was suspended in a mixed system of formamide (40 eq.) and InCl3 (1 eq.) with the compound (CAS:77287-34-4) in a sealed vial. Subsequently, the reaction was carried out under microwave radiation at 400W. After completion of the reaction, the reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, the product was separated by filtration, washed with water to remove impurities and finally dried to obtain 4-amino-6-fluoroquinazoline. | [References]
