Glucocorticoid receptor agonist is a Glucocorticoid receptor agonist that acts on Glucocorticoid receptor (GR), progesterone receptor (PR) and mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) with the IC50 values of 2.1 , 1200 and 210 nM, respectively.
