Primary amines commonly conjugate through acylation or alkylation of isothiocyanates; isocyanates; acyl azides; NHS esters; sulfonyl chlorides; aldehydes; carbonates; aryl halides; imidoesters; carbodiimides; anhydrides; and fluorophenyl esters.
