Peucedanocoumarin III is an inhibitor of (alpha)-synuclein and Huntington protein aggregates that enhances the clearance of nuclear and cytoplasmic β23 aggregates and prevents cytotoxicity induced by disease-associated proteins (i.e., mutant Huntington proteins and α-synuclein).
